Terms and conditions of sale

General terms of sale for consumers, compliant with the French Consumer Code and Civil Code (transposing in particular Directives 2011/83/EU and Omnibus 2019/2161).

Article 1 — Scope

These terms apply to all sales concluded between GLOBAL GAZ PROM and consumers within the meaning of the preliminary article of the French Consumer Code, via the online shop climpro.eu.

Article 2 — Formation of the contract

1. Product presentation does not constitute a binding offer.
2. Placing an order constitutes the customer's offer to buy.
3. The sale is concluded upon the order confirmation sent by email.
4. The contract is archived and available in the order confirmation.

Article 3 — Prices and payment

1. All consumer prices are shown incl. VAT (at the applicable rate, generally 20%).
2. Delivery costs: shown at checkout before payment; if they cannot be calculated, confirmed with you before dispatch.
3. For price reductions, the lowest price of the last 30 days is displayed (Art. L112-1-1 French Consumer Code — Omnibus).
4. Payment method: bank card (Visa, Mastercard) via the payment provider Revolut.

Article 4 — Delivery

Delivery within mainland France only (excluding Corsica, the overseas territories and Monaco). Delivery costs: shown at checkout before payment; if they cannot be calculated, confirmed with you before dispatch. Delivery times are shown on the product page.

Article 5 — Right of withdrawal

Consumers have 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without giving reasons (Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). Details and form on the Right of withdrawal page.

Article 6 — Warranties

Consumers benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). The legal warranty of conformity applies for 2 years from delivery. A commercial warranty from the manufacturer may also apply.

Article 7 — Liability

The seller cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of the product or failure to follow the installation instructions. Mandatory statutory provisions remain applicable.

Article 8 — Applicable law and disputes

French law applies. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your EU country of residence remain applicable (Art. 6 Rome I Regulation). In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.

Article 9 — Consumer mediation

In accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers may have free recourse to a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of a dispute, after first submitting a written complaint to the seller.
